We’re excited to share that we’ve recently begun working with Katian Farm, a local farm dedicated to organic and sustainable farming practices. Run by Ian Lancaster and his passionate team, Katian Farm is just a short ten-minute drive from Aulis Phuket, right here in the beautiful region of Kok Kloi, Phang Nga.
This new partnership allows us to source fresh, seasonal produce nearby, reducing our reliance on ingredients transported from other parts of Thailand and therefore helping us lower our environmental footprint.
Katian Farm is more than just a farm, it’s a thoughtfully cultivated ecosystem that reflects Ian’s commitment to working in harmony with nature. The team prioritises soil health, biodiversity, and regenerative farming techniques that help preserve the land for future generations. Their approach avoids synthetic chemicals and focuses on naturally enhancing the resilience and flavour of each crop.
Thanks to Katian Farm, we’re now receiving an incredible range of ingredients including lemons, galangal, green papaya, guava, oyster mushrooms, dill, thyme, and even blackberries.
We’re proud to support local growers and are looking forward to deepening our collaboration with Ian and his team as we continue to explore new ways of bringing fresh, sustainable and flavoursome ingredients to our kitchen.
