Speaking English, Albanian, Italian, and French, our restaurant manager Arsen loves to connect with people. Before finding his home on Natai Beach in Thailand, Arsen spent three years working at Simon Rogan’s two Michelin-starred restaurant ION Harbour in Malta.

Arsen brings his own touch of flair to Aulis Phuket with the drinks menu, developing wine pairings and soft pairings. Working with local ingredients, he mixes an array of flowers and flavours from nearby farms to create unqiue tastes and perfect pairings for each of our courses.
